what are the best exercises to shape my butt?
I think I discovered signs of cellulite on my butt so I want to stop it from becoming bad. What are great exercises that will shape it out of muscle and not fat? I have a very nice butt but it's not much muscles and probably that's why I'm beginning to have cellulite.
Running, lunges, and squats are good, but you need to know something....cellulite is not THAT bad. Many women have cellulite. Most men are not bothered by women with cellulite. Most men are not as visually picky as you believe.
Just exercise regularly and eat healthy, and you also need to know that as you get older your body will change and you will look more like a woman than say someone in there teens and twenties. This is not a bad thing at all. It's normal.
